Effective Drink to Treat High Blood Pressure Quickly

Blood pressure is the force at which blood pumps from the heart into the arteries. A normal blood pressure reading is less than 120/80 mm Hg. When blood pressure is high, the blood moves through the arteries more forcefully, which can damage the arteries and greatly increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, heart failure and kidney failure.

  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method

7. Honey
